- Architected Klaro's AI agent loop, the orchestration layer that turns plain-English intent into structured, verifiable models through multi-step reasoning and tool use.
- Built the parser and modelling engine, so users create and refine models in natural language instead of writing formulas.
- Engineered the core compute engine, keeping large, numerical models fast and responsive at scale.
EdTech platform for school extracurricular management (EMS).
- Drove ARR from $200K to $4M across 9+ countries as an early employee, taking the company to a successful acquisition.
- Designed a high-concurrency registrations and payments system built for ticketing-style demand spikes, sharply improving reliability and unlocking a meaningful upsell revenue win.
- Architected the foundational systems and scaled the product & engineering team from inception to 15.
- Led the shift from Agile to Shape Up, lifting both delivery speed and focus on the right work.
Farm management software; Global market leader.
- As the 4th employee, set up cloud infrastructure and CI/CD, then moved into core web & mobile product (Node, Angular, Ionic).
- Relocated to the UK for two years to lead the technical team through an acquisition and platform migration.
- Built test-automation orchestration running millions of tests per day for the Web Content Manager division.
